Our Lady Chapel has been arranged to encourage visitors to reflect and feel comfortable in the space that has been created. Whilst there you could write a story about a time in your life when you felt that God was especially close to you: maybe He answered one of your prayers, maybe He guided you very clearly, or maybe He simply showered you with His wonderful blessings. You can post it on the notice board in the church (which is providing a small divider between the Lady Chapel and the rest of the church during Lent).
Lent Course: Tues 7.30pm (7.45pm start) to 9pm in the Church Hall. This year we are following the Growing Good series which is a 6-session course for church groups. Through flexible, interactive small group sessions, we explore how our churches can be faithful and fruitful in our local communities. Each session includes a bible reading, a short film, discussion and prayer, as well as research and stories from churches all across England. Although it has already started, it’s not too late to join in

We have received information about The Sanctuary Foundation who are rapidly gaining momentum to provide safe passage and sponsorships for Ukrainian families fleeing the conflict and seeking refuge in the UK. They suggest 3 ways to help Ukrainian families as they flee from conflict:
- Pledge sanctuary –Visit www.sanctuaryfoundation.org.uk to join the growing list of people committing to help.
- Give a gift to the Sanctuary Foundation fund – we are helping provide a safe and secure means to give to this new work as it takes shape, to be used to establish sponsorship schemes and provide additional support to Ukrainian families as they flee.
- Share this with your networks – please share links on social media, with friends, family and colleagues, so that they can grow an army of compassionate, like-minded people who are ready and willing to greet Ukrainian families with love and hospitality.
