Hall Booking

Are you looking for a venue for regular meetings or a one-off event?

Our hall is a great facility for meetings and activities and we have lots of groups who use it regularly. The entranceway and toilets were refitted in 2020 and we now have a proper disabled toilet available for use. This is in addition to our up to date kitchen.

We continue to update our risk assessments and request that any users complete their own risk assessment prior to using the facilities. We encourage good ventilation and wiping down touch points.

Hall measurements : length 13.4m (44.4 feet) – width 9.1m (30 feet) – height 3m (11 feet)

Stage measurements : depth 3.5m (11.9 feet) – width 6.5m (21.4 feet)

We have 100 chairs available, 5 trestle go pak tables and 10 smaller go pak tables.

If you would like to find out more about hiring the hall, please click on the button below or contact our Parish Office. The hall is not available for hire on Sundays due to our commitment to the Community Fridge donations being received in preparation for Monday morning.

NOTE : An alternative venue to consider is the Fetcham Reading Room which is part of the Fetcham United Charities located at the end of River Lane.
